Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at MovassiStudios.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Express shipping within Australia has a flat rate of AUD $10. International standard shipping takes 14-24 business days, a flat rate of AUD $15, while International Express shipping takes 7-14 business days and has a flat rate of AUD $20. Note that shipping may vary from country to country.
All orders are fully traceable on our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
Movassi Studios follows The ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) law and principles on refunds and returns.
We will process data regarding your contact details and previous purchases and returns online (product, size, price, and date of purchase) after the purchase. The information will be processed for the following purposes:
Administering returns and complaints. The processing is based on our legitimate interest to provide our members with speedy and efficient service after the purchase. Allowing you to keep track of your purchases and returns by logging into your account and E-mail. For the purpose of sending out invitations to special events/promotions, personalized services in store, and profiled marketing offers through email and other social media. You can opt-out whenever.
Important information on returns

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.

All products that come in their own box, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

Movassi Studios reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
